While coronavirus continues to
spread, we know that some of you may continue to have junk removal needs. We want to assure you on a few
things:
Today, as ever, the health and safety of our customers and employees is our top priority. As we
continue to navigate and respond to COVID-19, we are committed to taking every precaution to keep you and your
family safe as we enter your home to remove your unwanted items. Here are the steps we’re taking to ensure your
safety and that of our employees:
• We supply our Teams with personal protective equipment to include eye
protection, masks, gloves, and in some situations, full body suits.
• We are instructing our Teams to follow
personal hygiene procedures and tobe aware of their environment and social distancing along with ensuring they are
not working if they’re feeling unwell. Stopping the practice of shaking customers’ hands and replacing it with a
smile instead.
• We will continue to sanitize our hands before and after each job, only touch what we are there
to haul away and be mindful of you and your family’s safety.
• We are providing NO-CONTACT
junk removal which means we will pick up your unwanted items anywhere outside or inside the home or space and have
payment be taken over the phone or online; all without having to be in contact with you and your family.
As
Veterans, we’ve been trained to anticipate the unknown and respond calmly under pressure. This training and our
experiences leading and uniting under a common goal in times of crisis have uniquely prepared us for the situation
we face today.
These are unprecedented times. Yet, our commitment to the communities we serve stands strong
as ever. As the impact of the COVID-19 situation is changing daily, we will further update for any operational
changes.
